Returns Form

We aim to give our customers the best possible value and service every time. If you change your mind about something you've purchased, that's no problem, you can return it to us within 45 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please fill in this form before returning items to us. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on pierced or personalised items and they are exempt from our returns policy. Always use a signed-for postage method and package the items safely. In the unlikely event that your items are faulty, or there is any other problem at all with your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us so we can find a solution.
